Allotments

Allotments are personal plots of land where you can plant and grow whatever you choose and are rented from the local council (although they are managed by volunteer organisations). Please be aware, there are currently very long waiting lists for an allotment.

Sydenham Garden is a unique wellbeing centre utilising its gardens, nature reserve and activity rooms to help people in their recovery from mental and physical ill-health.

Surrey Docks Farm

Join the Surrey Docks farm for Gardening for Wellbeing sessions. During the sessions we spend most of our time in the Farm’s River Garden and Dye Garden – both situated right by the Thames Path.

Horniman Museum and Gardens

There will be range of activities, with hands-on active things such as growing and crafts, to garden walks and sensory activities. It will be very informal and relaxed.
